“You,” “User,” “Couple” means the individual or individuals using the Service to plan a wedding and find wedding vendors.
“Vendor” means a wedding service provider (photographer, venue, caterer, etc.) who has created a listing on the WDDNG platform.
“Lead” means a vendor request submitted by a couple, containing wedding details, budget, and contact information.
“AI Assistant” means the artificial intelligence-powered wedding planning tool provided as part of the Service.
“Content” means any text, images, data, or other materials posted, uploaded, or shared through the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service (such as submitting vendor requests or using the AI Assistant), you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
WDDNG provides a searchable directory of wedding vendors in South Africa. You may browse vendor profiles, view portfolios, read reviews, and contact vendors directly through the Service.
You may submit detailed vendor requests (including budget, wedding date, location, and service requirements). WDDNG will match your request with up to 5 relevant vendors who will have the opportunity to contact you directly.
WDDNG offers an AI-powered wedding planning assistant that provides:

WDDNG is a technology platform that connects couples with wedding vendors. WDDNG is NOT a wedding planner, vendor, or party to any contract between you and vendors. All agreements, payments, and services are between you and the vendor directly.

While WDDNG manually verifies vendor listings to ensure legitimacy, we do not perform comprehensive background checks. You are responsible for:
AI-powered vendor recommendations are based on algorithms and data analysis. These recommendations are suggestions only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees by WDDNG.
The WDDNG Service is free for couples to browse vendors and submit vendor requests. You are NOT charged to use the platform.
If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan (Pro or Enterprise), you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee.

All payments are processed securely through PayStack, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize PayStack to charge the applicable fees. WDDNG does not store your credit card information.
WDDNG reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by The WDDNG Co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
“WDDNG” and related logos are trademarks of The WDDNG Co. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Service, you grant WDDNG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the platform and in marketing materials.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WDDNG AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: In no event shall WDDNG's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to WDDNG in the 12 months preceding the claim, or R1,000 (whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WDDNG, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact WDDNG at support@wddng.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
WDDNG may, at its discretion, offer to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of South Africa. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
Payment processing is handled by PayStack. Your use of PayStack is subject to PayStack's terms and conditions and privacy policy. WDDNG is not responsible for PayStack's services or any issues arising from payment processing.
The Service may use third-party tools, APIs, and services (such as Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
WDDNG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
